1. Order Processing (Before Shipping)

•           Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Mon-Fri, excluding public holidays).

 

2. Shipping Methods & Costs (Australia)

•           Standard Shipping: $12.50 (or FREE for orders over $99) | 3-7 business days.

•           Express Shipping: $16.50 | 1-3 business days.

 

3. Delivery Times (After Dispatch)

•           These are estimates. Carrier delays can occur.

•           Australia Post: Standard (3-7 business days), Express (1-3 business days). 

 

4. Tracking

•           You'll receive an email with tracking details once your order ships. 

 

5. Shipping Restrictions

•           We ship Australia-wide.

 

6. Lost or Damaged Items

•           Contact us at info@earthayaenergy.com.au immediately if your package is lost or arrives damaged. We'll work with the carrier for a resolution (replacement/refund).
